County have been entrusted to deliver seven retail units for Marcol the parent of the world famous Chelsea Harbour design centre in London.
Read More Working closely with Proun the client’s architect the scope of works consisted of building foundations for over 1000 square meters of raised access flooring, constructing new stall risers from blockwork and installing a whole new DPM.
Following a review meeting with the client and the architects County took their brief and produced a design for the new shopfronts to meet the very exacting BREEAM regulations and sustainability standards of excellence and prepared a set of working drawings in house for approval.
We manufactured in excess of one hundred and fifty linear meters of new powder coated shop front frames complete with auto access doors to all seven units in readiness for occupation by new tenants

Working closely with the RBS/NatWest property team County have carried out nine schemes across middle England from Halifax to Hartlepool in the first quarter of 2019.
Read More County in house project team headed by Shaun Fisher put together a schedule of works and with meticulous planning set about installing all the new secondary glazing through the night in the NatWest branch in Liverpool. The project took two weeks and included the installation of new office partitions, decoration and new carpets throughout.

Blacksheep Coffeee are a recent introduction to the Coffeee market on the high street. Run by a fantastic hardworking team they have from a standing start opened in excess of thirty five stores around the country and two abroad. County have helped Blacksheep expand rapidly completing seven of the last ten new stores in London and Manchester.
Read More Manchester Piccadilly and Spring Gardens stores were circa £253K and £225K respectively. The scheme is a very off the wall whacky format using a host of natural timbers, re-cycled wood, pallets, and scaffolding poles for lighting.
One of the best features which is proving a hit with the clientele (apart from the Coffeee of course) is the corrugated rusty iron sheeting used a wall covering. We treat the plain panels with a six part application process to achieve the fantastic rusty look that clad the walls. The new stores and format have been well received by the general Coffeee loving public and as such the brand is looking to open an additional ten sites in 2019.

Wagamama is one of the best known high street restaurant chains which continually year on year buck the trend and report increased profits. This, in part, is down to great design, management and a fabulous offering to the ever demanding British public.
Read More County have over the past five years carried out thirty three refurbishments for Wagamama. The latest transformations managed by Senior Project Manager Adrian Thompson being The Bull Ring Birmingham & Sheffield which was carried out over seven nights whilst the restaurant continued to trade closing for only six days for the final kitchen refit and furniture installation.
Working closely with Wagamama’s lead designer Manjit Singh Mattu & PM Grant Burrows we transformed the whole restaurant including replacing large swaths of the kitchen and sales floor. Yorkshires attention to detail ensured that we handed over the project to the retail team with no snags and agreed the final account on day of handover.

Asda is the third largest supermarket in the UK. County have carried out in excess of 250 projects for them over the past five years ranging from the installation of new bollards in carparks to re-designing back of house layouts and mini retail refits. These projects range from £5k up to £80K. We maintain and service 80 sites including Asda House head office in Leeds.
Itsu’s creative restaurants hold a visible presence on the UK high street.
County have worked with Itsu on several large new projects, the most recent being Paternoster Square and Ealing Broadway in London.

Leeds NSO was within the heart of the Trinity, is a grade 2 listed building and also situated within a conservation area. The project was carried out in three phases.
Phase one: was a total strip out of all three floors, installation of concrete pads, pinning & propping the whole building up.
Phase two: was the installation of all the specifically designed structural steel beams, cross members and structural components to exacting engineer’s detailed design to create a shell.
Phase three: Complete fit out of the shell from the basement up to and including the third floor in just nine weeks.
The store sits proudly in pride of place on the corner of the beautiful, iconic Trinity shopping centre.
Creating key relationships with Itsu’s project & design team coupled with weekly site meetings ensured that communication flowed freely between the necessary stakeholders ensuring the end product reflected the teams exacting vision for the restaurant
